Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A picture of the damaged item(s) is required.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be paid with any type of payment plan apps (Klarna, Affirm, etc). Must be paid with a different payment method.
